The National Academy for Public Administration is the central institution for the professional development of all employees in the public administration of the Republic of Serbia. It represents one of the pillars of the modernization and reform of public administration and aims to support the professional and personal development of officials. As a young institution, in the first five years of its existence, the Academy recorded more than 70,000 participants, and the training mission is fulfilled by a team of over 500 accredited trainers, and renowned experts from various fields. The Academy cooperates with all public administration bodies and organizations, as well as representatives of the professional and academic public, international and donor institutions, and networks. Training, conferences, and special events organized by the National Academy are the right place to learn from recognized experts and an opportunity to expand the network of professional contacts.
