To motivate all those who create projects to share their creativity by registering their projects in the PRO PR Globe Communication Achievement Awards program and thus become part of the global community, and through the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Awards we reward individuals, cities, managers who create with their work and creativity with their teams, success to organizations and contribute to the development of a better perception of the communication profession.
PRO PR Globe People Achievement Awards until 2025 were awarded under the name PRO PR Globe Awards. New brand architecture and new content gave new creativity. Today, the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Awards are awarded as part of the international PRO PR conference.
2011. – Danijel Koletić created the PRO PR Globe Awards concept as the first award in the world focused on individuals who deal with public relations and are part of communication management. An award is established for which no financial fee is paid, but in accordance with the regulations, former winners of this award will reward future ones. The PRO PR Globe Awards is established on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the international PRO PR conference.
The first awards are given at the Habakuk Hotel in Maribor. The first awards were given to members of the academic community from the former member countries of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, independent states, to all individuals who are responsible for the creation of public relations chairs, bearing in mind that the London School of Public Relations was the forerunner of education in this area and that almost a whole decade should have passed in order to create study programs that are still educating future experts in the field of communication management. According to the rulebook, for the first time, the Vision Manager recognition was also awarded to the Chairman of the Board of BTC, Joža Marmal.
