Gregor Krajc started his career at the news desk of the Radio and Television as a journalist, editor, and anchor of the news program. In 1996 he completely devoted himself to foreign policy, following Slovene applications/accession to the EU and NATO. Now he is a Deputy Director General for the EU and Bilateral issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ljubljana.
His main activities and responsibilities are coordinating bilateral and EU issues, following the macro-regional strategies in the EU, and monitoring and verifying horizontal government positions for the European Council.
