Gordana Jovanovic, Communication and Media Specialist, acting as the Head of the Department for Public Relations and Marketing at the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, has 15 years of experience in public relations, working for the public sector and international organizations in designing and implementing communication strategies and plans for public policies.
She was PR Manager of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Montenegro for Public Relations, Deputy Prime Minister Advisor for Communication Support to Integration processes, Head of the PR Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and EU Integration and PR Manager of the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media. Mrs. Jovanović has led and participated in Montenegro integration processes communication campaigns tailored to inform the public about the accession to EU and NATO and public Administration Reform, especially raising awareness activities on the digitalization process and e-services. Also, she was a team leader on the EU-funded project related to Effective Internal and External Communication on Public Administration Reform Strategy, author of several communication strategies, and organizer of many conferences and promotional events in the fields of tourism, culture, economy, environment protection, etc.
