Jacqueline Purcell is a keynote speaker, a multi-award-winning high-performance educator, specialist trainer, and author who builds capacity for leadership confidence, behavior change and organizational development. She’s committed to the Commonwealth Charter, United Nations SDGs, and the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. A licensed facilitator, and consultant with international skills and experience working with Heads of State and United Nations Agencies on world projects across the sectors.
For establishing the first Toastmasters International public speaking academy in Iraq, she received a British Expertise Award for Outstanding International Leadership in 2015, followed by winning the IPRA Golden World Awards for the same project in 2021. A Distinguished Toastmaster and President of Grosvenor Square Speakers in London, she led them to achieve the Presidents’ Distinguished Award for the first time in their 31-year-old existence.
