Vanja Vagic was born in Zagreb, where she graduated in Journalism from the Faculty of Political Science. She began her career 20 years ago as a journalist at the Croatian National Television, but soon transitioned to the Public Relations department at T-Mobile. Over the next 13 years, she worked at Nestlé, initially in Croatia and later in Serbia.
Since 2017, Vanja Vagic has been leading Corporate Communications for Mars in the UBBAI region, which encompasses 15 markets, including Croatia.
In addition to her role in the UBBAI region, Vanja has managed internal and business communications at a broader regional level, covering over 50 countries, contributing to a number of highly successful internal projects. Since October 1st, 2024, she has taken on the new position of Corporate Affairs Director for Pet Nutrition South Europe, overseeing 17 markets in Southern Europe.
She is passionate about promoting sustainability and diversity and emphasizes the importance of effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders in her work. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and reading. With the support of her family, husband and two daughters, she embraces daily challenges and lives by the motto: “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.”
