Tina Cipot is a seasoned communications expert and strategist with almost 20 years of experience in public relations, sustainability, and corporate communications. As a Communication Expert and Corporate Operations Officer at o28 Communication Group, she specializes in developing corporate and internal communication strategies, managing crisis communication, and executing high-impact projects. Her role includes guiding clients through complex communication challenges, ensuring effective storytelling, and maintaining brand integrity.
Tina is the current President of the Public Relations Society of Slovenia (PRSS), where she has been instrumental in organizing national conferences, developing educational programs for over 300 members, and promoting communication excellence.
Before joining o28, Tina spent 10 years at Lidl Slovenia as the Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability, where she managed sustainability strategies, media relations, and campaigns, including the award-winning “Let’s Create a Better World.” The work earned Tina and her team multiple national and international awards.
With a background in journalism, Tina combines her passion for storytelling with a deep commitment to fostering ethical and sustainable business practices. Recognized with honors like the HORUS Slovenian Award for Social Responsibility, she continues to be a driving force in the field of strategic communication in Slovenia.
