
Master of Economics with more than 18 years of experience in marketing and communications.
I started my career as an intern at Konzum d.o.o. Sarajevo, as part of the Agrokor Group, and the further flow, we would say, was by the book, from the position of intern to manager and finally marketing director within the same company.
After graduating with a master’s degree at the IEDC-Bled Business School for Management, I decided to expand my horizons in the direction of business communication and psychology both through NLP and through different educations – formal and informal education.
After 15 years of a corporate career, I decided to make a business leap and go into independent entrepreneurial waters.
I became the founder and director of the creative company Prefix, whose goal is to offer the market slightly different projects and a different approach to creative and strategic business through the prism of consulting, PR and creative, but also bringing some new global trends such as employer branding and employee advocacy, as well as one new project a it is the WOMAN.COMM Club, the only regional club of women in the communication industry that aims to promote and improve and unite women in the communication, media and marketing industry.
As part of the club’s activities, in addition to educational workshops, sports activities and socializing, one of the most important activities are the WOMAN.COMM CONFERENCE – POWER OF COMMUNICATION and the WOMAN.COMM OF THE YEAR professional regional award for women in the communication industry.
And from 2023, I took over the organization and ownership of the No limit BH advertising festival.
And one of my personal favorite activities is cooperation as part of the CSR campaign/initiative with the agency HEARTH Start for Equality – BH Velikanke with the aim of raising awareness of the vital and historical importance of women in BiH.
In the past period, I was a speaker at several regional and domestic conferences and a member of the HUOJ THE Award competition jury, and I am also a member of IPRA.
The goal and motto of all activities is to raise awareness of the importance and strength of the communication industry to make society good.
