Ljiljana is a consultant with 20 years of multi-industry experience in communication, crisis management, and agency management.
For the last 10 of them, she has been simultaneously teaching as a University Lecturer, which was preceded by 8 years in journalism. She is regarded as a specialist in crisis management and communications, C-Suite strategic consulting, and Public Affairs. Ljiljana is proud to lead a team of 25 passionate result-oriented and creative professionals at one of the best Serbian integrated communication agencies, Olaf&McAteer, the exclusive affiliate of the Ketchum network in Serbia.
Ljiljana managed crisis teams of many international and domestic companies and consulted numerous clients in the fields of energy, mining, pharmaceutics, IT, telecommunications, banking and finance, political and social reform processes, and FMCG.
For the last 10 years, she has been teaching at the Faculty of Media and communications, University of Singidunum. The courses are Crisis communication and PR campaign planning.
