Zsofia Balatoni has been a communications industry professional for 25 years. Seventeen years ago, she and her husband, Robert Romai, founded Uniomedia, which soon became a regional player in Central and Eastern Europe. They moved to Singapore four years ago, where they established Rothman & Roman, an international strategic communications agency group. Their guiding principle, ‘Winning with Purpose,’ drives them to create campaigns that achieve success and make a positive social impact.
In recent years, their focus has shifted to ESG, offering 360-degree sustainability communications services ranging from reporting and consultancy to training and internal and media communications. The agencies in their agency group primarily serve large international brands, many of whom have been their clients for over a decade. Across the agency group, they have received hundreds of prestigious awards on three continents.
Zsofia is an active member of professional associations in both Singapore and Hungary, and regularly teaches, and publishes on industry-related topics.
