Selma Riđanović Kenović has many years of experience in the field of marketing, communications and customer experience management, with more than 17 years of work in senior positions at UniCredit Bank. From May 2002 to November 2019, she held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at UniCredit Bank, where she was responsible for key aspects of market research, promotion, advertising, media relations, internal communication, organization of events, and the bank’s social responsibility. During this period, she led the introduction of a new brand name on the Bosnian market and led the entire rebranding process, including the integration of HVB Bank, HVB Central Profit Bank and UniCredit Bank. She actively managed the bank’s brand, set up a credible PR office as an important partner of BiH journalists, and coordinated work with external agencies for media leasing, creative campaigns, research and event organization.
She was also a key figure in the organization of internal communication and coordination with parent groups in Vienna and Milan, ensuring the successful implementation of joint initiatives and projects. She managed complex processes of changes and rebranding, including internal and external aspects of the bank, thereby contributing to the stability and recognition of the brand on the market. In his current position as Director of Customer Experience Management, Marketing and Communications, he focuses on promotion and advertising, public relations, internal communication, ESG initiatives (environmental, social and governance factors), and customer experience management, which all contribute to improving the overall business and image of UniCredit Bank. Her expertise and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects make her a key member of the management team.
