Dr.sc.comm. Olga Kazaka is the co-founder and partner of an award-winning communications agency Olsen+Partners, author of “First PR Book”, and a sought-after lecturer and speaker. With 25 years of experience in the communications field, she has made a significant impact on the industry.
In 2005, alongside her partner, Olga founded Olsen+Partners, transforming it from the ground up into one of Latvia’s leading agencies. Nine times campaigns of her team have been recognised as the best in the world, earning the highest number of IPRA GWA awards among Baltic agencies over the past decade.
The Latvian Public Relations Association (LASAP) has awarded her for her contribution to the development of the public relations field.
For her outstanding achievements and contributions to societal development, she has also received the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons” (TOYP) award.
Olga has authored dozens of scientific and practical publications in corporate communications and is regularly invited to speak at both national and international conferences and seminars, where she delivers educational and motivational speeches. She frequently gives media interviews and serves as a jury member for international competitions.
Additionally, she leads the charity organisation “Butterfly Effect”, which addresses various social issues through communication tools. For many years, Olga has considered the development of the public relations field her top priority.
