Diego has more than 25 years of experience in the field of corporate communications, public affairs and reputation management. Between 2016 and 2023, he was Regional Director for Public Affairs for Latin America and Market Leader for Argentina at Public Relations firm JeffreyGroup. His previous experience involves a 15 years background at Burson-Marsteller (currently BCW/Burson), where he reached the position of Public Affairs Manager for Latin America and also the foundation of Ágora Public Affairs, a consultancy firm focused on public affairs and crisis management. He has also strong experience as a communications trainer and coach, working for different public and private institutions.
He studied Public Relations at the Argentine University of Enterprise (UADE) and took post-graduate training in Public Affairs Strategies at the Austral University, both in Argentina. He attended the master course on Political Marketing at the Salvador University and has also participated of several training courses in perception management, customer leadership, business ethics and compliance and digital communications.
On the academic field, he serves as a professor at University of the Center for Macroeconomic Studies (UCEMA), the Argentinean Catholic University (UCA) and at the master course on Food Industry Crisis Management at Isalud University.
He is the current President of the Argentinian PR Professional Council, where he previously served as Chairman of the Education Committee.
