He ensures that CIPR members who work in a dynamic working environment are kept up-to-date professionally. This is enabled through access to dedicated professional qualifications, training workshops, webinars, and a dedicated system for recording continuing professional development (CPD). In addition, members are able to access relevant skills guides and many other resources and benefits.
He has a postgraduate qualification from the University of Cambridge (Trinity Hall College). As an experienced Director with a track record of maximizing development and membership opportunities. He has a thorough understanding of the quality assurance processes and regulatory aspects of professional membership organizations. He is highly committed to continuing professional development (CPD) and has an extensive interest in exploring different learning styles. Interests include the use of e-learning platforms through the implementation of an appropriate Learning Management System (LMS). Key strengths include being highly motivated, ambitious, and methodical with the ability to explore all viable options. He is an effective leader with good communication and influencing skills with a keen eye for detail and strategy.
