Ms. Snježana Bahtijari graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, with the main focus on journalism and public relations.
In 1999, Ms. Bahtijari started working in the Marketing Communications and Public Relations Unit of Ericsson Nikola Tesla. Soon afterwards, she became a member of Ericsson Nikola Tesla Management Team. In 2003, she became the Director of Company Communications. She was responsible for corporate social responsibility in Ericsson’s market unit in Central Europe, which included local companies in eight European countries.
Apart from her position in Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Snježana Bahtijari is the president of the Association for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Croatian Chamber if Economy. She is also a member of the Croatian Journalists Association, the Croatian Public Relations Association, the Croatian Employers Association and the Croatian Manager’s & Enterpreneurs’ Association.
She has finished many training programmes, including an international seminar on internal communications in London held within Ericsson’s long-term Management Development Programme.
During her career, Snježana Bahtijari received many awards, including the Grand Prix of the Croatian Public Relations Association (CPRA) for contribution to the profession in 2014 and three Grand PRixes of CPRA for internal and external communication projects. Along with those awards, Ms. Bahtijari was also awarded by the Croatian Academy of Technical Sciences for the contribution to the year of Nikola Tesla in Croatia.
