Ms Selma Ridanović Kenović is an experienced member of the public relations community, with a lot of knowledge, not only in communication but also in business and marketing. Currently, she is Head of Marketing and Communication at the UniCredit Bank in Sarajevo, responsible for PR activities, marketing, events, internal communication, market research, and CSR. Sarajevo-born, she started her higher education at the University of Sarajevo and continued her education at the University of London, and got her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems and her Master’s in International Business, both from Birkbeck College. At the London School of Public Relations, she took a professional course in public relations. Her career started in the Marketing unit of British telecommunications, where she was a market research library officer. Shortly after she worked for IT Network Ltd. as a web content producer and an account manager. Ms Ridanović Kenović is an expert in e-commerce and has worked for the Wheel (now DigitasLBi), the leading web marketing and design consultant in the United Kingdom. She worked in their London and Amsterdam offices. In 2004 she was awarded ‘The Best PR Manager in Central and Eastern Europe’.
